Avalon Labyrinth Pilgrimage

In ancient times, labryrinths were sacred sites of initiations. The journey into the labyrinth symbolised a descent into the underworld, into the depths of the unconscious. It was deep path of healing and transformation. It is believed that Glastonbury Tor was an ancient ceremonial landscape - a great seven circuit, sculpted by the ancestors. The pattern is based on the legendary Kretan labyrinth, and other earlier labryinths.
As Priestesses of Avalon we see the Tor as the Great Mother’s nurturing breast, the lover’s voluptuous breast and the Crone’s womb of wisdom. The Tor itself is also Goddess, The Tor Mother. As we walk into the labyrinth traversing each of the seven levels, we shed a layer of ourselves, letting go of all we no longer need in our lives. As we walk on Her body we are connecting with Her energy. Upon reaching the centre we pause and reflect upon what we have let go before walking back outwards, calling in our intentions of what we wish to bring forth into our lives.
We a pleased to offer a new one day ceremonial pilgrimage of the labyrinth of Avalon to groups and individuals. This is a deep journey, where we walk into the labyrinth and back out in one day, walking approximately seven miles.

Patricia Sutherland is a Priestess of Avalon and Priestess of Gaia. An oracle who walks in devotion to Goddess and the Lady of Avalon. Her path is woven with remembrance - of the ancient ways, the sovereignty of the sacred feminine, and Avalon as a living current that stirs once more through heart,
body, and Earth.
As a tutor of Spiral 2 and Spiral 3 of the Priestess of Avalon training, Patricia guides initiates through the deeper chambers of the mysteries, where embodiment becomes prayer and devotion becomes a way of life. She is also the teacher of the Priestess of Gaia training, holding space for communion with Gaia and the restoration of sacred relationship between human and Earth. An oracle in service to the Goddess, Patricia serves as a bridge between worlds, listening for the whispered truths of the subtle realms and offering guidance that calls forth remembrance, alignment, and soul- truth. At the heart of her work is her devotion to the Lady of Avalon, allowing this ancient presence to move through her voice, her teachings, and her being, in service to the reawakening of Priestess consciousness in our time.
